A note on the federal tax credit
The 25C credit has expired
The federal 25C energy-efficient home improvement tax credit expired on December 31, 2025. We call that out plainly so you aren't planning around an incentive that's no longer in effect. The good news is that Utah's utility rebate programs may still help offset the cost of qualifying high-efficiency equipment — and that's where we focus your savings.
