Mountain mechanical, done right

Eastin Mechanical is based in Kamas, in the heart of the Wasatch Back, and we serve homeowners and builders across Park City, Deer Valley, the Heber Valley and the surrounding mountain communities.

Our roots are in boilers and hydronics — the radiant heat, boilers and snowmelt systems that set a well-built mountain home apart. That specialty shapes how we approach everything else we do: forced-air heating and cooling, heat pumps, indoor air quality and commercial mechanical, all engineered as coordinated systems rather than a collection of parts.

Heating a home well at 7,000 feet is genuinely different from doing it at sea level. Thinner air, long winters and homes designed with tall ceilings and big windows all change what a mechanical system has to do. We size, tune and commission every system for the real conditions it has to perform in — and we take pride in leaving behind clean, labeled mechanical rooms that are a pleasure to service.

Most of all, we believe in being one accountable partner from design through the life of the home. We design and install systems, and then we stay on to maintain and service them — for new custom homes, established residences, and the second homes that need looking after between visits.
